- 20 cm long probe with pot clamp: The longer probe allows it to be used in deeper pots and kettles. The pot clamp fixes the thermometer to the pot and can be moved up or down to adjust the height, leaving your hands free to focus on operation and protect yourself from high heat.
- 90 degree rotating display: The display of the thermometer can be rotated and adjusted so that you can easily read the temperature readings from the right angle.
- Fast response / high precision / large range: this digital thermometer reacts quickly in 4-6 seconds, with an accuracy of 0.5°C and a wide temperature range from -50°C to 300°C, in 0.1°C increments.
- [ Hold Function ℃/℉ Switch] The hold function allows measurement results to be locked for later viewing and recording. The ℃/℉ switching function allows you to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- [Easy to use and clean, versatile] Compared to traditional kerosene thermometers, this digital thermometer is simply textured, easy to clean and displays measurement results clearly. It is versatile: for cooking, candy, sugar, yogurt, baking, candle making, etc.

Funktioniert einwandfrei.

Alles top, tut was es soll. Die Klammer passt auch über Topfränder, die nicht ganz gerade hoch gehen, was ich super fand. Thermometer bleibt am Topfrand stabil auf einer Höhe, auch wenn man während dessen im Topf viel Bewegung hat.
